I can not lie... I was prepared to pack up and move

To the Russian Federation! Why? Because if Hillary won I wanted nothing of it!

Russia is what it is! Now I have to wonder... Is it really what we are told politically? Clinton and the DNC have done worse than we have accused Putin of!

I had a 5300 sq ft 9 ROOM FARM HOUSE PICKED OUT! Hunting, Fishing, near an airport! Nice garden area...

Still may follow up. Great vacation house.

What does real estate cost there? I know they have a lot of land in their east that they want people to move to.

There was a House Hunters International episode filmed in one Eastern European country a while back. Indontbremember ipwhich country, but the prices were very reasonable, but the. Living standards were quite low.

I have traveled quite a bit in Eastern Europe. Some of it is very pretty. Montenegro would be cheap. Croatia would be awesome, but since it joined the EU I bet the prices have skyrocketed. Slovenia, just north of Croatia would be great if you love winters and the Alps as opposed to beaches. Then of course you have Romania and Hungry. Not sure that I would try one of those.

Packing up and moving is not simple for Americans. We, a while back bought a good property in Queensland, Au. bought also things we would need to be delivered to wife's sister~ a Tractor, compressor ,assorted tools and whatever. We kept the property in the U.S. but flew to Os and began to arrange our lives. Built a building on the property, installed a power poll, a water tank, gutters to channel water from the roof to fill the tank, Phone lines trenched to the building. 911 happened to America while we were there, everywhere I went the Ozzies offered condolences. The people in Oz liked my American accent, which I had no idea I had.
Wife, who born and raised in Oz, was saying: How dare they do this to us, and such as that. I stared at her, with questing eyes, and she said: Look, My husband's an American, My children are American, my home is in America~I'm an American!~~~~~~Let's go home? And So we did and have. It's not easy for an American to live forever away from home.

Bad Points to consider, once you buy you can most likely never sell it.
In russia there are many items we consider run of the mill basics, that you cant buy, they just arent available. Like many shoe lines and appliances and electronics.
Drunks are everywhere and I would question health care there for the mass's

Not a problem for the most part, I really do not bother with brand name and I am rather spartan.

We can home school, hunt with our legally registered firearms and ...

it was worst case but the way shit is going it may become the only option.
