I doubt we'll see it overturned, honestly.

Some changes are going to have to be made. They exchanges are failing.

The ACA as written can not survive without the mandate. To make it a viable voluntary program, we will need dramatic legal and free market reforms. The left will oppose that in a hysterical manner. They will portray that as blatant racist policy.

I think so. One of his cabinet picks is the biggest opponent to O-Care in the Senate, I believe.

We could go back to the way it was, with reasonable premiums and copays and those with no insurance who qualify get medicaid and charity care at any hospital who by law cannot turn them alway.

The way it was was unacceptible for a rich nation. Period. There is no valid argument justifying 40-50 million unisured Americans, many working full time and many who are kids. Just no reasonable argument can be made for that.

So what? How about those that choose to smoke and drink and party before paying for company insurance at a big discount? Personal responsibility come into play at a point.

If you include overeating and sedentary life, almost all of us use more health care dollars to combat the ravages of our lifestyle than to comat bacteria and viruses. The "rewards" of a rich society

If you want something you buy it. You don't plunder your neighbors.

That's what the super rich do. Insider trading, undue regulatory influence, hiring cheap illegal labor . They seem to do OK

The left is trying as hard as they can to create massive public support for the ACA in an attempt to place obstacles in the path of repeal. It looks like the Republicans aren't going to fall for it. They actually may have gotten the message.

The Democrats didn't let the GOP read the bill. I am not sure why the GOP will pay attention to the Dems now. There comes risk with that- they have to come up with something better.
